With a background in Psychology and Counselling, I have always been passionate about supporting others and promoting wellbeing. 

At the beginning of this year, I decided to follow my passion and open my own Therapeutic Massage business. My aim was to create a calm, welcoming space where you can take time out from the stress and demands of life, relax and prioritise your wellbeing.  At the beginning of this year, I decided to follow my passion and open my own massage business. My aim was to create a calm, welcoming space where people can take time out from the stresses of everyday life, relax, and prioritise their wellbeing.

We unknowingly carry an invisible load within invisible load within our bodies and it’s important to take care of our bodies as well as our minds.
