By booking an appointment with Alchemy Massage Therapy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Health & Consultation
Clients must complete a consultation form before their first treatment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information.
Failure to disclose relevant medical history conditions may result in treatment being refused or modified.
Massage therapy is a complimentary therapy and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Treatment
Alchemy Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate or contraindicated.
Treament times include consultation, treatment and aftercare advise where required.
Clients should arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
Cancellations and No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours'notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours' notice and all no-show appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without due notice may have their online booking previliages removed and may be refused future appointments.
Professional Conduct
Alchemy Massage Therapy maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times.
Any inaappropriate behaviour towards the therapist including abusive language, sexual remarks, unwanted physical contact or any other form of misconduct will resut in the immdiate termination of treatment and refusal of future bookings.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Alchemy Massage Therapy accepts no responsibilty for loss or damage to personal belongs.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, clients confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
